NewYork-Presbyterian awarded the contract for retirement plan recordkeeping and administration to Prudential Retirement® in 2019. Over eight months, the Prudential transition team partnered closely with the NewYork-Presbyterian Total Rewards team to successfully transfer the assets and records of the approximately 40,000 active participants across multiple campuses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Hudson Valley, as well as terminated participants. I played an active role in this transition, not only as the lead designer, but worked in collaboration with the internal team to decide on strategy. I also collaborated with the Client, to ensure we were aligned with the company's brand standards.
